Ashtrom Concessions spearheaded the planning, financing, and construction of the district court in Lod, alongside four other magistrates' courts in Petah Tikva, Herzliya, Ashkelon, and Bat Yam. Under the PPP agreement, the company also manages and maintains these court complexes, spanning tens of thousands of square meters.
Establishment, Management, and Operation of Student Dormitories
Ashtrom Concessions undertook the planning, construction, and ongoing maintenance of the residential complex for research students at Ben Gurion University in the Negev. Located close to the university, the complex comprises 129 furnished and equipped housing units designed for doctoral students and their families. Our dedicated maintenance teams ensure round-the-clock operational services for the complex's tenants, promptly addressing any issues or malfunctions with professionalism and dedication.
The Carmel Tunnels in Haifa
Construction of the Carmel Tunnels commenced in January 2007, comprising four toll tunnels totaling 6 kilometers in length and situated 200 meters underground. The tunnels are one of Israel's most unique and intricate projects. Managed by Ashtrom Concessions, the project garnered recognition, winning the Construction and Infrastructure Excellence Award from the Israeli Association of Builders in 2011. Since their opening in 2010, the tunnels have significantly reduced travel time across the city, minimized pollutant emissions, and enhanced air quality and residents' quality of life.
The Jerusalem Light Rail
Under the leadership of Ashtrom Concessions, the Jerusalem Light Rail project was meticulously planned and constructed, spanning 23 stations across a 14-kilometer route. Serving approximately 175,000 passengers daily, this rail system has become the backbone of the city's modern public transportation network. Since its inception, the light rail has notably reduced traffic congestion, significantly lowered air pollution levels, and remarkably enhanced the overall quality of life for residents.
